The Patriots have announced three roster moves:

Veteran running back Kevin Faulk and DL Brandon Deaderick have each been activated to the 53-man roster; both began the season on the physically unable to perform list and were removed from the list and started practicing during the bye week last week.

Also, the team placed rookie CB Ras-I Dowling on injured reserve with a hip injury, ending his season. Dowling missed a good chunk of training camp with a hamstring injury but still started the season opener at corner. He went down with the hip injury in week 2 and had not played since.
