Gronkowski-run.jpgRob Gronkowski has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week, the Patriots announced.

The second-year tight end had six catches for a career-high 160 yards and two touchdowns.

His first touchdown of the afternoon was his 14th of the season, setting an NFL record for most receiving TDs by a tight end in a single season.

That first score was set up by this fairly ridiculous catch-and-run-and-evade.

It is the first player of the week honor for Gronkowski, but he is the fourth Patriot to win an AFC weekly award this season, joining Julian Edelman, Andre Carter and Tom Brady.
