ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills starting running back Fred Jackson and top backup C.J. Spiller, who were both listed as questionable for today's game, will be active.

Jackson, who has been nursing a knee injury, was expected to play while Spiller's status was more doubtful with a shoulder injury.

He joins a list of ailing Patriots on the inactive list, including Aaron Hernandez (ankle), Julian Edelman (hand), Brandon Deaderick (ankle), Alfonzo Dennard (hamstring), Justin Francis (ankle), and Logan Mankins (hip).

Inactive for the Bills is QB Tarvaris Jackson, SS Delano Howell, DE Kyle Moore, LB Kirk Morrison, OL Sam Young, C Colin Brown, and WR Ruvell Martin.
