FOXBOROUGH -- Despite practicing all week with his shoulder and hamstring ailing him, Patriots safety Patrick Chung will miss his fourth straight game after being declared inactive by the team.

Logan Mankins (ankle/calf), who was listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts, was also declared inactive. Dan Connolly (back), who was injured in last week's game against the Buffalo Bills, is also inactive. He had missed two practices this week.

Aaron Hernandez is inactive. He's still dealing with a lingering ankle injury he initially suffered in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals.

Justin Francis, Daniel Fells, and Jake Bequette were all healthy scratches for the Patriots.
