FOXBOROUGH -- Tight end Aaron Hernandez is officially out for the Patriots after the team listed him as one of its seven inactive players for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.

Hernandez is still nursing an ankle injury he suffered in Week 2 of the season against the Arizona Cardinals.

Also inactive for Sunday's game is starting safety Patrick Chung, who has been dealing with shoulder and hamstring injuries.

Ron Brace (elbow), Malcolm Williams and Jake Bequette were also listed as inactive.

Trevor Scott (hamstring) and Tracy White (foot) had been listed as out on the injury report Friday.
