The revamped and re-energized Indianapolis Colts (6-3) come into Gillette Stadium Sunday to face their longtime rival Patriots (6-3). Even though New England and Indianapolis have not been in the same division since 2001, this is the 10th straight season the teams will play against each other. The Patriots are 20-10 against the Colts since 1993, and have won 17 of the last 24 games.
While the Colts have a new coach, GM, and a host of young players, the biggest in the rivalry is that future Hall-of-Famer Peyton Manning is no longer the quarterback of the Colts, having moved on to Denver. Instead, the Patriots will face rookie phenom Andrew Luck for the first time.
In this week's preview video, the Globe's Shalise Manza Young gives us her keys to the Week 11 showdown between the AFC contenders. Manza Young looks into the challenges the Patriots defense faces in stopping Luck and venerable receiver Reggie Wayne and which Colts defender New England's offense needs to target.
Patriots defenders Rob Ninkovich and Steve Gregory also weigh in on Luck while Rob Gronkowski, Matthew Slater, and Kyle Arrington talk about taking on a different Colts team than they've seen in the past.
