The Patriots have announced two roster moves:

FB James Develin has been promoted from the practice squad to the 53-man roster (he takes the spot that opened by Jermaine Cunningham's PED suspension). A defensive lineman at Brown, Develin has since made himself into a fullback. He was with the Bengals last year, and was among their final cuts in September. He was signed to New England's practice squad shortly after his release.

The Patriots have also brought back WR Jeremy Ebert, one of their seventh-round draft picks. Ebert is on the practice squad.
