Training Camp Daily Briefing: Wednesday, July 31

The Patriots are taking the day off after holding five straight days of practice, and by all accounts, the team could use it. Little injuries are starting to pop up -- rookie WR Aaron Dobson missed Tuesday’s practice with a right leg injury, but a source said he simply took a cleat to the ankle and is expected to return to Thursday’s practice -- and tempers started to flare on Tuesday, with Stevan Ridley and Kyle Arrington getting in a little dust-up at the end of practice. Wednesday is about positional meetings, film study and rehab with the trainers and therapists.
