The Patriots will get back at it Thursday after a much-needed off day on Wednesday, hitting the fields at 2 p.m. for a practice in full pads. The Patriots will have a couple of new bodies -- rookie DT Scott Vallone and WR Lavasier Tuinei, who both signed overnight to fill the roster spots vacated by WR Lavelle Hawkins, WR Perez Ashford and OL Nick McDonald. The Patriots still have one open roster spot available.

Rookie receiver Aaron Dobson, who sat out Tuesday after taking a cleat to the right leg on Monday, is also expected to return to practice.
