Training camp daily briefing: Thursday, Aug. 8

The Patriots and Eagles have one last day of joint practices on Thursday before meeting on the field for the first preseason game Friday night. Thursday’s practice figures to be a light, walk-through type of session after two days of physical, full-contact practices. The workout was moved up a couple of hours to 10:15 a.m. because of impending rain in the area.

With that, let’s get on with the Patriots Daily Briefing for August 8:
