Patriots right tackle Marcus Cannon left Sunday's game against the Broncos in the first quarter with an ankle injury.

Cannon's return is questionable. He was replaced by Will Svitek.

Cannon suffered the injury when Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was sacked by Von Miller and fumbled on the New England 23.

Terrance Knighton recovered the fumble and returned it to the 10. The Broncos went up 14-0 two plays later.
