FOXBOROUGH – Quarterback Tom Brady and long snapper Danny Aiken – the two players who missed Wednesday's practice because of illness – were back on the field for Thursday's workout, giving the Patriots perfect attendance.

The Patriots were in sweats and shells, working on one of the grass practice fields behind Gillette Stadium.

Brady and Aiken had both been at the football facility on Wednesday morning, then were sent home. Illness was the reason listed on the team's practice participation report, although Brady was also listed with a right shoulder injury, as he has for weeks.

He looked perfectly normal in the brief practice allotment given to the media, running and stretching with his teammates, then throwing short passes.

Brady is expected to speak with the media Thursday at 12:45 p.m. He is also scheduled to have an interview session on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Check Boston.com for stories and video of those interviews.
