Patriots Training Camp: Day 14, Practice No. 11

RICHMOND, Va. — The Patriots will have their third joint practice with Washington at Bon Secours Training Center in Richmond Va., Wednesday but both teams will not don the pads ahead of Thursday's first preseason game.

Expect the action to be walk-through like as both teams wind down from Tuesday's marathon practice and prepare for their first full-action tilt.

Here's the schedule for today and what you may have missed.

SCHEDULE

8:20 a.m. — Bill Belichick will address the media
8:35 a.m. — Patriots joint practice with Washington
11 a.m. — Select Patriots players will address the media

ATTENDANCE

Patriots linebacker Ja'Gared Davis, while spotted yesterday at practice, did not suit up, according to a report by ESPN Boston's Mike Reiss. He was the only new absence from the team's practice. Here is the full rundown of who did what in Tuesday's joint practice:

WHAT YOU MISSED

- I know it was a late evening yesterday, but the training camp notes did make it up. Tom Brady is being showered with praise. Plus d-line results, quarterback results, and an interesting matchup developing with Darrelle Revis and DeSean Jackson.

- We shot a "Training Camp Today" after practice yesterday. Basically, everything is awesome for the Patriots.

- Tom Brady said the team has learned a lot in the first two joint practices.

- There's a report that the Patriots are already working on extending Revis's contract.

- We threw a spotlight on tight end Justin Jones, who continues to impress in practice.

- Bill Belichick went 1-on-1 with the NFL Network's Mike Mayock yesterday. One note from the interview: He's still waiting to see how the cornerbacks group looks with Alfonzo Dennard in the mix.
