Coughlin is one of the most resilient coaches in the land. Buried by players, fans, and media often during his stint in the Meadowlands, the former Boston College taskmaster just keeps showing up, winning games, and getting to the playoffs. He's a master motivator and does a good job on in-game adjustments. His constant 'Why me?' whining to the referees is annoying, however, and will get under Patriots fans' skin by halftime.
