Moss was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor marijuana possession after pushing a traffic officer down the road with his Lexus. Moss pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor traffic violation, was fined $1,200, and was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.
