The tight ends at the top of the Patriots' depth chart entering training camp have proven they can contribute on the field. It's just a matter of being on the field to contribute as the group headed by Benjamin Watson (left, with Tom Brady) and David Thomas has been swatting a pesky injury bug. The success of the unit this season might ultimately depend on whether Watson and Thomas can bounce back from injuries.
