Catching up with old friends
Rosevelt ColvinColvin was signed by the Patriots in 2003 after back-to-back double-digit seasons in sacks with the Bears. He suffered a serious hip injury during the 2003 season, but he played five seasons in New England before being released prior to the 2008 season. The Houston Texans picked up the linebacker, but cut him during the final roster cutdown. In December of 2008, after injuries hit the Patriots hard, the team re-signed Colvin. He appeared in four games and had seven tackles.
Upon his retirement, Colvin and his wife transitioned to full-time ownership of their The UPS Store franchise. In 2009, they opened a cupcake shop, called SweeTies Gourmet Treats, in the Indianapolis area.
