Fifth Super Bowl
Brady led the Patriots to his fifth Super Bowl, a rematch with the New York Giants, after leading the the Patriots to 13-3 regular season while throwing for 5,235 yards (second all-time) and 39 touchdowns. But the Patriots faltered in the game, losing to the rival Giants, 21-17. Brady threw for 276 yards and two touchdowns, but was sacked for a safety and threw an uncharacteristic interception as well. After winning in his first three Super Bowl appearances, he's now lost in his last two, both to the Giants.
