Cassel (center) was mobbed by his teammates after his 13-yard TD scramble that put the Patriots ahead, 7-0, in the first quarter. Cassel connected on 23 of 34 passes for 234 yards and, while he threw neither a touchdown nor an interception, his rush jump-started a 20-10 triumph over the Bills that kept the Patriots (6-3) atop the AFC East (along with the Jets).
