Enter the playoffs. On a snowy night in the final game at Foxboro Stadium against the Raiders, the Brady "Tuck Rule" was born. Adam Vinatieri kicked a 47-yard field goal to tie it, followed by a 23-yarder in overtime for a 16-13 victory in one of most memorable NFL divisional playoff battles in history. Next came a dramatic 24-17 AFC Championship win over the Steelers in Pittsburgh. Bledsoe came off the bench after Brady suffered an ankle sprain and threw a touchdown pass that helped send New England back to the Super Bowl to take on the high-powered Rams. Brady led a fourth-quarter drive that resulted in a 48-yard kick by Vinatieri that split the uprights with no time left to give New England its first Super Bowl title.
