Perhaps no Patriot renaissance has been more satisfying than Ted Johnson’s, whose work ethic and dedication have been fixtures since his arrival. His career seemingly derailed by injuries, Johnson played every regular-season game (15 starts) for the first time since 1997. His 112 tackles (74 solo) ranked third on the roster, and he led or tied for the team lead in five games. Talk of retirement has been shelved. ‘‘I feel I have at least another year of playing at a high level,’’ Johnson said.
