Stevenson's terms

Rookie Dan Stevenson's contract with the Patriots is for four years and includes a $72,000 signing bonus. Much like the contract for seventh round pick Willie Andrews, Stevenson can earn incentives that would increase the value of the deal in its final year.

The current total value of the contract is $1.672 million.

As an example of how rookie contracts are slotted, the player drafted before Stevenson -- LaJuan Ramsey of the Philadelphia Eagles -- signed a four-year deal with a current value of $1.673 million.
