Ups & downs

Who's up and who's down from the Patriots' 19-17 win over the Bills:

Ups
Don Davis -- Linebacker comes up with the big monentum-changing play, stopping Willie McGahee on fourth-and-1 early in the third quarter.

Kevin Faulk -- His 17-yard diving touchdown catch was a beauty.

Ellis Hobbs -- Shadowing Lee Evans all over the field, he holds the speedy receiver to two catches for 25 yards.

Richard Seymour/Rosevelt Colvin -- Duo combined for two sacks and seven quarterback hurries.

Down
Tom Brady -- Finishes 11 of 23 for 163 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception.

Pass Blocking -- The offensive line, which performed admirably in the exhibition season, got off to a shaky start.
