Sauerbrun update
Free-agent punter Todd Sauerbrun has received a contract offer from the Broncos, according to the Denver Post. But the Post also says the it is unlikely that Sauerbrun would wind up with the Broncos because the Patriots can match any contract with the first right of refusal, and the Denver offer is incentive-based.
The Patriots currently have Josh Miller, Danny Baugher and Tom Malone under contract at punter.
