Washington in focus
Some quick hits on receiver Kelley Washington, who agreed to a five-year deal with the Patriots today:
Height: 6-3
Weight: 218
Turns 28 in August
Was teammates with Donte' Stallworth at the University of Tennessee
Entered the NFL in 2003 as a third-round draft choice, the first selection in that round (65th overall)
Played his first four seasons with the Bengals, his most productive season coming in 2004 with 31 catches
After playing in all 16 games in each of his first two seasons, appeared in just 12 games over the last two years, with a hamstring injury limiting him in 2006
Was effective in the red zone early in his career, with seven touchdowns over his first two seasons

It is also possible that veteran Troy Brown could be back. Jackson is coming off a torn ACL in the AFC Championship game.
