Edwards follow-up

Former Patriots first-round pick Robert Edwards is the lead subject in this week's Boston Globe Sunday football notes.

One leftover from the interview with Edwards was his thoughts on Patriots chairman and CEO Robert Kraft.

"He did everything right by me. He came to see me a few times," Edwards said of the time after his serious knee injury. "He could have asked for my signing bonus back but didn't. I felt like he was there for me, in my corner the whole time. I can do nothing but respect him."
