Harrison adjustment

Safety Rodney Harrison's contract has been adjusted.

Harrison was scheduled to earn a $2.7 million base salary in 2007. He will now earn a base salary of $2 million. An additional $200,000 could be earned in incentives.

Harrison's salary cap charge drops from $3.4 million to $2.7 million.

The final year of Harrison's contract, in 2008, remains the same ($3 million base salary).

EXTRA POINT: The total value (not including final-year escalator) of the contract signed by last year's No. 24 pick, Johnathan Joseph, is $8.2 million. The figure was initially reported in the previous update at $7.4 million, but a $775,000 not-likely-to-be-earned incentive should have been added.
