Sunday plan
The Patriots are scheduled to hold two training camp practices today. The schedule:
8:45-10:45 a.m. -- Morning practice
5:30-7:30 p.m. -- Afternoon practice
Bill Belichick will hold a press conference at 11:15 a.m.
We'll plan on posting some updates along the way. Meanwhile, here are a few of the Patriots stories from Sunday's Boston Globe:
Bill Parcells shares his coaching perspective when it comes to managing expectations, as Dan Shaughnessy writes.
Entering his third season in the NFL, cornerback Ellis Hobbs has reached a critical point, Christopher L. Gasper writes.
The Patriots Notebook leads off with rookie Brandon Meriweather lining up at cornerback during parts of Saturday's practice.
Bill Belichick doesn't talk about his contract, but after Saturday's workout he seemed to indicate that 2007 is not his last season.
