Brady eyes mark
Patriots QB Tom Brady has 10 touchdown passes this season and has thrown three or more touchdowns in each game -- with three apiece against the Jets and Chargers, and four against the Bills.
On Monday night against Cincinnati, Brady can become just the third quarterback in NFL history to throw three or more touchdowns in the first four games of a season.
The others?
Kurt Warner in 1999 and Steve Young in 1998.

Your comments
(7)I can't imagine that Tom would give such a mark even the slightest thought. It's a pretty lame mark, in fact. Who really cares about these kinds of "mini milestones". That said, I hope he throws many, many TD passes against Cincy in a winning effort.
How about the record for 3 TD passes in the first 16 games? Brady, Welker, and Moss are so hot right now, it doesn't seem that improbable.
Yeah Brady basically is the man
I love stats, but when one of the two people holding that stat is Kurt Warner, is it really worth mentioning.
I agree that the only people enjoying this feat is the graphics guy at ESPN. Another 'by the way' chart that doesn't even equal a trophy. I can't stand LeBron James just for that reason. ESPN loves to invent milestones for that guy just to keep pumping the next Jordan persona. If he is the next Jordan, just let it develop, don't force it. I digress.
I tell everyone here in Georgia that Brady is right up there with Manning, and they say I'm nuts. I told them that if they want a comparison, to watch Brady this year because he finally has the talent around him comparable to Manning. For years he has won with subpar talent compared to Manning on the offensive side of things, and still produced respectable numbers plus a few awards, i.e. Super Bowl rings.
I think now that Brady has talented recievers like Peyton Manning has always had. He is showing that he could of put up the big numbers like Manning has over the years.
Although big numbers dont matter and rings do. In that case we know whos best.
Sal, I agree with your comment. Who want's to be mentioned with the likes of Kurt Warner?
