Injury report

The Patriots released their Friday injury report. RB Kevin Faulk was the lone addition. He is listed in the "did not participate in practice" category due to a "team decision." Faulk is also listed as probable for Monday's game.

The rest of the report remained consistent with Thursday.

Limited participation in practice
QB Tom Brady (right shoulder)
OLB Rosevelt Colvin (ankle)
CB Randall Gay (thigh)
RB Laurence Maroney (groin)
G Stephen Neal (shoulder)
WR Donte' Stallworth (knee)
WR Kelley Washington (hamstring)
NT Vince Wilfork (shoulder)
DE Mike Wright (knee)
G Billy Yates (shoulder)

Brady is probable. Every other player on the report is questionable (50-50).

The Bengals' Friday report has not yet been released.

The OL is the position(s) I watch the most and have done so for many years. It is nice to see Brady frequently acknowledge their contribution. With that in mind both Neal and Yates have shoulder injuries so that is a concern. That leaves us with 2 OT's (Britt & O'Callaghan) and Hochstein available. Hochstein is needed to back up all 3 interior positions and as the 6'th OL or TE. This is an area of concern. The season is a long year, we are only at game #4, so I don't want to see Neal or Yates playing with an injured shoulder.

With Kevin Faulk potentially sitting out of the Monday night game, in terms of a third down option, Brady will be relegated to.....oh yeah. Never mind.

Any word why Kevin Faulk wasn't at practice?

Third Down? What ever do you mean Adam? What is this term?

"team decision" could very well mean "take the day off kevin"

Why no big deal about Maroney? Is he stating or not...sounds like the Patriots are playing games again!
