Practice report

FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots held their afternoon practice today inside Gillette Stadium as they prepare for Sunday's home opener against the Chargers. The team was not in full-pads. Every player was present for the media-access portion of the practice.

The media access included stretching and some special teams work.
