McDaniels' take
FOXBOROUGH -- Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels addressed the media today at Gillette Stadium and stressed that Sunday's game against the Colts is less about scheme and more about execution.
McDaniels was asked how much the Patriots could implement that would surprise the Colts based on the fact the teams have met so frequently in recent years.
"You're always going to have some new things that you either saw or develop in the offseason. I don't think it's really a new style you're looking at for us or for them. They kind of know how we're going to play them and I think we kind of have a good idea how they're going to play us," McDaniels said.
"It's really who can execute better on Sunday. Instead of a scheme game, it's more of a execution game. It's not a big trick game. It's not a bunch of new defensive looks they're going to give, most likely. You have to go out there and execute better than they do."

(3)I think a key matchup for the pats offense is how well Matt Light does with Dwight Freeney. I think that is something being overlooked. What do you think Mike?
I thought Belichick doesnt let his assistants talk?
Matt, NFL rules this year made it mandatory to have assistant coaches available to speak to the press.
