  1. Wow...No Wes Welker. It would've been nice to see him on there...

  1. Seems like Welker is still going unnoticed (except by all the defenses looking at their game films)

  1. Leaving Wes Welker off of the AFC Pro Bowl roster is a shame. He is a major reason the Patriots are where they are at and is one of the best slot receivers/ kick returners in the NFL today. I know the roster can't be all N.E. Patriots, but Wes Welker is in my opinion one of the top three receivers in the AFC this year.

  1. I thought Ty Warren deserved some consideration as well. Nice to see Asante quell any ill will from his holdout with another strong season.

  1. There are a lot of good receivers in the league. Welker may still get on when injuries start becoming a factor.

  1. They still go by the big names. It's a shame. Welker should be there, as well as Warren

  1. W es Welker deserves to be there. Do not penalize him because eight others made it. After all, the Pats are 14 and 0 and no one else is.

  1. I am a big fan of Welker but do not forget if it was not for Moss who is double teamed on every play welker would not be open by 4-5 yards and getting the amount of passes he gets otherwise

  1. How about if the Pats themselves represent 1 team and put all the others AFC + NFC pro bowlers in another team?
I bet the Pats will still crush them in sunny Hawaii.

  1. I am sure Rodney would have made it if not for the suspension. Welker is the best slot reciever but they chose the best 4 outside recievers and I cannot debate against that. I am very happy for Vrabel. Wilfork and Mankins are going to be fix for several years. Seymour and Maroney will join the pack next year. Dallas had 11 total, not sure why!!

  1. The only Bowl I care about is the Super Bowl. All these records we are breaking and the perfect record going into week 15 mean nothing without going all the way and winning the Championship...........

  1. I’m as big a fan of Welker’s contributions to the team as the next guy, but I think it’s tough to argue that he deserves to go to the Pro-Bowl more than the three guys that got voted in. Reggie Wayne proved he’s a real number one threat and had a career year, Braylon Edwards emerged as one of the next elite receivers in the AFC, and Houshmandzadeh operated in a similar role to Welker but with more catches, more yards and more TDs.

  1. Wes Welker not on the roster.

I was not a fan of his before the season, but quickly changed my mind and admitted my error....and now, how does a guy who will, probably, have over 100 receptions, and was such a main cog to the offense, and special teams, not get named to the roster?

This, IMO, is a total travesty.
