A look at some key NFL statistics and where the Patriots rank among the league's 31 other teams after 13 games (not including Texans-Broncos game last night), while also adding this week's opponent, the Jets, into the mix:

This week: 1st (38.69 per game)

Jets: 24th (18.3 per game)

Points allowed
This week: 4th (17.07 per game)
Last week: 5th (17.4 per game)
Jets: 25th (24.2 per game)

Turnover difference
This week: 1st (plus-18, 28 takeaways, 10 giveaways)
Last week: 1st (plus-17, 27 takeaways, 10 giveaways)
Jets: 19th (minus-3, 18 takeaways, 21 giveaways)

  1. Lord, please give the boys solid footing Sunday so Brady can throw off the back foot, Moss and Welker can make those sharp cuts and the O and D lines can dominate the line of scrimmage! Thank you.

    All I want for Christmas is for the Patriots to throw a huge number up against the Jets. Oh and a shutout for the Defense would be great too.
