Welcome to Baltimore

By Mike Reiss, Globe Staff December 3, 07 04:14 PM

BALTIMORE -- Welcome to M&T Bank Stadium, where the Patriots visit the Ravens tonight (8:30 p.m.).

The first thought that comes to mind is wind. While the temperature is currently 40 degrees, and should remain close to that by kickoff, there is considerable wind that makes it feel cooler. That wind, which has the flags atop the stadium rippling with force, figures to play a factor in both the passing game and kicking game tonight.

A few quick items to pass along:

  • ESPN.com's Mike Sando is here and he's blogging tonight. Take a look and chances are you will learn something about the Patriots you didn't know.

  • Walt Anderson gets the call as referee tonight.

We'll plan on passing along updates throughout the night.

    1. I just found out Eugene Wilson plays for the Ravens. Where does this lie on your top 5 bad trades? =)
