Practice detail
The Patriots return to the practice field today and head coach Bill Belichick touched on three areas in which the team will be working.
The Giants defense has been excellent on third down this season, ranking fifth in the NFL in holding opponents to a 34.6 percent conversion rate. On the flip side, the Patriots had the NFL's second-rated offense on third down, converting at a 48.2 percent clip.
