How did he prohibit her from going to seek medical help? It sounds like she is claiming he was under the influence, so did she want him to drive her somewhere? The story still just doesn't add up.

Randy's maturity in interviews, his strict following of company line and his taking a paycut to be a part of a "team" has earned my respect (the 23 TDs didn't hurt either). That gold digger and her lawyers just look like gold diggers to me.

So now we're subjected to attorney McGill releasing comments to the sports press. I see no point to his doing so unless her case is weak and McGill wants to try the case in the media. Yet another nail in the coffin of legal responsibility and professionalism. The person I feel most sad for is Myra Kraft, who is determined that her husband, and his organization, be recognized only for the highest standards of personal and professional conduct. Yes, we all knew that Moss was a lightning rod that could damage the Patriots but it's sad that this had to happen in a season of a possible perfect and historic performance.

If attorney David Mcgill's claim is true that a " six figure" offer to settle the matter came from Mr. Moss' camp then why did she turn it down and go public instead? Apparently Ms. Washington and her representatives want us to believe that this is about something other than money. Would she prefer an apology instead of a check? I don't think so. I think her true intent is to punish Mr. Moss by taking him to court and to hopefully get much more than the alleged " six figure" offer. Wow, I wonder if all of these comments would be different if Moss were a bust or if he still played for Oakland. Obviously, something happened and it was enough to prompt Moss's camp to offer her money to keep quiet. No attorney is going to make such an allegation of a payoff in the press if it weren't true. And if it is all BS and this woman is just some low life trying to take advantage of Moss, then what does that say about the caliber of company Moss keeps, particularly since he has known her for 11 years. Just curious, but would anybody be shocked if the allegations turned out to be true?

This is sounding like a Republican presidential election ploy. Coming to the news/smear desk at this time it seems Ms. Washington didn't get what she wanted over the PAST ELEVEN YEARS!!!. Honey think about it! ELEVEN YEARS!!! Now it seems she is trying to at least get her 15 seconds of fame of which she was unable to do over the past ELEVEN YEARS!!!. When somebody says "they care about someone" it reminds me of "It's not personal, just business". Ya right!
Even with the championship coming in the next couple days. I'm sure Randy will do what the rest of us will do at the end of the day. Crawl in bed and get a good night sleep.

Well there are holes for sure and to be honest, obtaining a restraining order is easy. The two biggest questions I have are "Why couldn't she call 911?" and "Why hasn't a criminal complaint been filed"? It's not as if you need to take more than a week to get that into the courts. They could have done both on the same day, which has me baffled. Is this Mike Nifong? Probably not, but the whole thing smells a bit.

My gut tells me that Ms. Washington loves Randy, but he doesn't love her enough to commit to a lifelong relationship. That issue probably came up and Randy decided it was best to sever ties and after 10 plus years of waiting for the man to commit Ms Washington wants to recoup something for her effort. The easiest way to get revenge is to tarnish his reputation (he's an easy target) via the media and seek monies. It's not gold digger behavior, but it's not right either. Just a gut feeling.

Having listened to Moss's representative, he says that the finger injury - a finger injury - was received during 'consensual horseplay'. IE they were foolin' around. She hurt her finger. Its not a cut finger. She had an x ray, and no damage. They were sitting around, watching the play offs. Theyve known each other since college. In the course of the foolin' around, she hurt her finger. Moss applied ice to it. He left 45 minutes later. She wanted him to stay, he needed to get back to MA.

I think it's quite obvious the woman has been in love with Randy for years, however, the feelings weren't mutual. She got fed up with a relationship that was only physical and felt used. She was distraught, angry, and emotionally vulnerable, and was an easy target for a shark attorney to take advantage of. If she hasn't already, she'll soon wish she had never signed on to this mess.
