Tippett update
PHOENIX -- The Pro Football Hall of Fame press conference should be underway shortly. Patriots LB Andre Tippett was among the final five players up for consideration.
The only thing that would stop his induction is if nine of the 44 voters vote no on their final ballots.
Word from those in the room is that Ron Borges made a compelling case for Tippett, as Borges served as Tippett's presenter.
