Pro Football Talk said the deal is done at 12:30
Looking like a good call by Reiss on WBZ last night about something happening today. Now if this gets done, hopefully the Pats can focus on signing Jason Webster, a few other spare parts and re-signing Kyle Brady before the draft.
Wow!
It is impressive that Clayton can read profootballtalk.com.
With the Moss signing, does that leave us with app. $12-14 mill in cap space before re-structuring #12???
Nickel and diming a proven NFL star sends a negative message to the other players on the team. No matter how hard you play, no matter how much you produce, you're only going to be compensated what management wants to pay you. No wonder players have no loyalty to the team when situations happen like this.
