Some jersey numbers for the newest members of the Patriots:

  • WR Sam Aiken -- 88

  • CB Fernando Bryant -- 25

  • OL Jimmy Martin -- 60

  • CB Lewis Sanders -- 29

  • LB T.J. Slaughter -- 51

  • CB Jason Webster -- 21

  • S Tank Williams -- 26

    EXTRA POINT: An email from Mike R. points out that CB Tim Mixon, who wore 25 last year on the practice squad, has switched to Asante Samuel's old No. 22.

    1. Now with Daunte Stallworth gone, I wonder if Moss will switch to #18

    1. Why would Moss swith to 18? He wore 88 in college and 84 for the Vikings. He only took 18 because Porter had 84 in Oakland.
