Pro Day feel
CHESTNUT HILL -- Chiefs coach Herm Edwards, Chiefs general manager Carl Peterson, Panthers general manager Marty Hurney, and Vikings vice president of player personnel Rick Spielman are a few of the top NFL officials in attendance today for Boston College's Pro Day.
The Chiefs, who pick fifth, have sent the most recognizable NFL contingent, a group that also includes offensive coordinator Chan Gailey.
That leads to an interesting thought: Would Kansas City, which seemingly has its quarterback of the future in Brodie Croyle, consider selecting Matt Ryan at No. 5?
In all, 23 teams are scheduled to have NFL officials in attendance.
The Patriots are represented by scouts DeJuan Daniels and Brian Flores.

Herm didn't exactly seem enamored of Croyle last year, did he?
Gosder Cherilus also had his pro day.. The Chiefs could be evaluating him also since he could potentially slip to the second and has a lot of LT potential...
Probably looking at Gosder Cherilus.
Clark Hunt wants a franchise quarterback. The question is, if he is available at 5, will he become a franchise guy.
