    1. I wouldn't blame Brady for not being at practice. I mean look at Strahan and Burress. They both skipped practice and still ended up having one of the best years of their career. Even Brady himself didn't throw as much last preseason because he wanted to save his arm for the long ensuing season. The fact of the matter is at Brady's age, if he wants to extend his career he does not need the extra work. He is not a new player anymore. He's been through the paces and it will be difficult to improve his game at this point. Besides from being a leader on the team and setting the standard for work ethic for the team, I really don't think he needs to do the extra work himself.
