  1. Mike - could you tell us when the complete schedule is being announced/released? More than one source had it being today (4/3) including NFL Network which previously had a schedule announcement program listed for today which has since been removed.

  1. Gee, I wonder if there will be any mention of Spy-gate during that game against Philadelphia. I'm sure the media won't bring it up unless there's some new angle to it, right?

  1. Interesting........We are going to see Asante with the Eagles.
And the Giants? I wish we could play them in SB again.

  1. wow i hate those teams. i hope our defense is revamped, blood thirsty and can atleast attempt to replicate the HOMELAND DEFENSE. offense gets the brazilian super models, defense = parades

  1. The eagles in week 3 should be a good measuring stick to see where this years Pats team will be at. Playing the Eagles 1st team defense for three quarters should be a good test.

Why am I thinking that Asante Samuel will be out with a "lower leg injury'? :)

  1. great. Matt Light and the O line are really practicing hard for the Giant pre season game. Make everyone forget their crap performance that February night. Still can't believe it. the only way to live it down is to win this year.

  1. the best thing about it is the giants get stiiffed this year!!! the 4th game is a meaningless waste of time, and nothing better than ny to get it than us. geez, this season is shaping up great - no 4th preseason game, no night game opening weekend. now if they just say we have 3 1pm home games in sept it will be poifect!

  1. Sorry fellas but you only learn about the 2nd and 3rd teamers in the pre-season. How did Randy do last year in pre-season? These games won't reveal anything.

  1. Why do they play the Giants every pre season?

  1. Nooner:

You are clearly under-valueing the importance of seeing those second and third string guys. For them, it's the biggest stage of the season. For some, their play in the preseason will indicate their role on the team (look at what Jabar Gaffney did last year).
