Parcells on the Pats

Posted by Mike Reiss, Globe Staff June 6, 2008 09:32 AM

In a South Florida Sun-Sentinel piece that covers various topics, Dolphins executive vice president of football operations Bill Parcells shares his thoughts on everything from Jason Taylor to the Patriots' penalties for videotaping.

On the Patriots videoptaping, Parcells said: "I think it was overblown. If the competition is victimized by someone spying on you — if that happened — it's your fault because you could take precautions to keep that from happening if you're smart enough."

  1. Bill Parcells,

Thank - you for your comments.

I bet you ESPN will not air nor discuss his comments.

  1. At least Mr. Parcells is consistent. He's also correct. I will never forget when Mortensen first broke the story on ESPN. Parcells laughed out loud when he was asked his thoughts.

Where do you suppose BB learned his spycraft? Yeah, I'm sure Parcells has NEVER done that sort of thing!
