Gutierrez enters game

QB Matt Gutierrez has replaced Matt Cassel with 4:04 remaining in the third quarter.

Cassel's final line: 8 of 14 for 60 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT.

Gutierrez has to the backup after the game tonight, Cassel has had plenty of chances but he just can't move the offense.

I would like to see gutierrez play with the starters to get a real look to see how good he is.he looks good going against backups,but how good will he be going against a teams starting players?

In one drive Gutierrez led the offense to more points than Cassel did in 3 games. Now the only thing Cassel is doing it taking away important reps from 2 players who have a chance to be players in the NFL.

i agree with darryl...everyone says gutierrez looks better than cassel (and i agree), but we have to keep in mind that gutierrez is only playing against 2nd/3rd stringers. i as well would like to see him against 1st stringers.
