Gasper on Deltha O'Neal

The Globe's Chris Gasper talks about the addition of Deltha O'Neal, the veteran cornerback who signed a one-year deal with the Patriots on Monday.

O'Neal met with the media today and, as Gasper explains, talked about his excitement to be with the Patriots and whether he can return to his Pro Bowl form.
