Brady not on injury report
FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots have released their injury and practice participation report for Thursday, and quarterback Tom Brady, who has been the subject of speculation regarding his injured right foot, is off the list altogether.
Brady was listed in the report yesterday due to the foot and his shoulder and cited as having had full participation in practice. Also, the team's report explains that the absence of kicker Stephen Gostkowski from practice is not injury-related.
Did Not Participate
WR Sam Aiken (knee)
C Dan Connolly (knee)
K Stephen Gostkowski (not injury-related)
DL Le Kevin Smith (knee)
TE Benjamin Watson (knee)
Limited Participation in Practice
None
Full Participation in Practice
G/C Russ Hochstein (groin)

Mike,
Any idea why Gostkowski didn't practice? Think he'll play on Sunday?
I'm more surprised that the infamous shoulder healed up rather than the foot.
Ladies and gentlemen, please step back from the injury report. If you acknowledge it, hell will freeze over.
gostkowski's grandfather died. he is at the funeral.
The Patriots have a history of releasing players and bringing them back weeks later due to contract / cap issues. Since there has been no news of John Lynch talking to any other teams, is next week the time when (and if) the patriots will invite him back?
Are you kidding me? What about "Right shoulder - Probable". That's our good luck charm!
I hope John Lynch comes back to the Patriots. Chances are someone will get injured and if so, he will be a valuable addition.
When was the last time Brady wasn't on the injury report with that right shoulder? Seems like he has been on it every week since 2006.
what is up with Ben Watson now? He can't seem to stay on the field.
I hear you Man. (#6) I'd feel better if they just left that constant alone.
Thats sad about Gostkowskti's grandfather. He's been slammin all preseason though.
Watson hurt again. What a surprise...
I heard Watson is headed for the IR
What can be said for the Sports Media this year, most of our own sports writers and across the nation are writing off the Patriots this year, I love being the under dog it makes the Patriots play with an edge. I guess if the Sports writers had a clue they would be rich and betting on games in Vegas..
totally agree with #6...when i read that i thought that cant be good...its like belichick wearing decent cloths instead of the scummy hoody last year at the super bowl! help me!
Ben Watson is a bust as a first rounder. Can't stay on the field and drops way too many passes. I'm so sick of him on this team.
With Watson it all goes back to his rookie season holdout from camp -- he has been playing catch-up ever since and has never really recovered from it -- talent wise or injury wise. Nice job Ben and agent -- you really helped this guy!
Let's not get all worried yet, the first official injury report doesn't come out until this afternoon (Wed. and Thurs. were "practice reports"). Brady will be listed as "right shoulder - probable" and all will be well with the world.
