Posted by Mike Reiss, Globe Staff September 21, 2008 03:32 PM

Rookie CB Terrence Wheatley has entered the game, replacing Deltha O'Neal at left corner. There is 10:42 left in the fourth quarter.

Wheatley was inactive last week.

  1. Another wasted pick. Chad Jackson all over again. Why do the patriots keep the good players (asante samual) and use the picks on offensive and defensive lineman? CB's coming out of the draft are not difference makers on defense.

  1. And how do you think Samuel became a Patriot in the first place?

Hint: It starts with a "D" and ends with a "raft".

Even though they got humiliated today, the Patriots have arguably the best defensive line in the NFL.

I thought the OL was over-rated last year and are not as good as their reputation, but who exactly SHOULD we have drafted for the OL? Long was already gone. The kid on the Chiefs? OL was not a deep pool of talent in the draft this year.
