The 49ers released their participation report:

Out
OT Jonas Jennings (shoulder)
CB Shawntae Spencer (knee)

Did Not Participate in Practice
RB Frank Gore (coaches decision)
OLB Manny Lawson (hamstring)

In his press conference with San Francisco reporters today, head coach Mike Nolan said that Lawson will not play against the Patriots.

Kind of off-topic, Haven't seen anything about this anywhere. But, are the pats staying out west next week, or are they returning back home before the chargers game?

I read somewhere they were staying out there. Not authoritative, I know, but I'm left feeling pretty certain that's the plan.
