Chargers open lead to 30-3

Cassel just completed one with the turf five yards in front of him. THIS KID IS THE WORST QB TO EVER PUT ON AN NFL UNIFORM. IF BELICHICK DOESNT GET RID OF HIM, AND I DONT MEAN AS A BACKUP, BUT GONE, COIMPLETELY, THEN BB MUST BE ON FRIGGING DRUGS.

Why not give O'Connell a shot at half? I don't see the offense responding to Matt and I don't see it getting any better. They don't believe in this guy, it may have a lot to do with respect and the fact that he's played very little football over the past 8 years.

I don't think this team can play with Denver (with Cassel under center) give O'Connell a shot and let's look at the results. I'm not saying that Cassel can't run this team but it doesn't look like the "O" responds to him.

Its not the loss of Brady thats killing the Pats in their DEFENSE of lack of it...They are old and tired

Patriots suck. Patriot fans are a bunch of baby bitches. You all wine and cry when you lose. You had a good run, I do give you that. You were due though, for a team/franchise who everyone forgot played in the NFL, but I guess 30 years of losing and those awful uniforms, you couldn't even get Madden to watch your crap team 10 years ago. Well learn how to stick with your team when they are down and you might get some respect. For now though- SHUT UP, SIT DOWN and CRY YOURSELF TO SLEEP.

Cassel stinks! Only 10 points against the worst defense in the league! It says more about the Patriots right now, then the Chargers upping their game. I've never seen a QB throw it into the dirt so often, especially towards the end of the game. You are down by 20 with less then 5 minutes left. Throw it up, something might happen!! I've tried to stay hopefull, thinking Cassel would inprove after each game. But Cassel proved tonight against one of the worst defenses, that he is no Brady... and he isn't a QB that should be playing in the NFL.
